Best value for gems are Monthly Gem Passes, Followed by Breakthrough Bonus!

But Monthly Pass can be bought only once a month and Breakthrough Bonus can take a long while to be availabe again.

Other Best value is 99 Diamonds Super Savings Pack and 499 Diamonds Let's Celebrate Pack which can be bought once in a Day!

Other Best value packs are Tons of Tokens, Bursting with Riches or Frosty Special. Even if you don't win jackpot, these packs still give Good amount of Gems.

Chronicler is Best Hero to have!

Best 5 Army Heroes: Songstress of the Sea, Lore Weaver, Berserker, Storm Fox and Watcher(obtained from Hell Events)

Buying Heroes is cheapest with 499 Diamond Packs only! But if you want to rush them, 499 and 1999 Pack on every rotation is surely worth it!

For Familiars, Jade Wyrm is Best value for the money! 

For other Familiars, Best value is to buy Tons of Tokens and get Familiar Runes from Kingdom Tycoon!

Buying Familiars is cheapest with 499 Diamond Packs only! But if you want to rush them, 499 and 1999 Pack on every rotation is surely worth it!

Best value pack is 4999 Diamonds Way of the Champion.

But if you are able to Full Run of Rising Champion costing 17,500 Diamonds, with Double Coupon, it is Best value.

For Mix materials, Material Madness is Best pack. Go for Material Mayhem only if you need Mix materials of new monsters!

For Specific Materials of older Monsters: Material Madness is again Best deal. Else you can go for Tokens or Holy Stars and get materials from Tycoon or Labyrinth (like Glowing Halo from Tycoon). 999 Diamond Direct material packs offer bad value for older monster materials!

For Specific Materials of Newer Monsters: 999 Diamond Direct material packs offer Best value, Material Mayhem being the 2nd Best choice!

Normal Jewels: Crown Jewels pack is the Best deal! it offers chance at some Assault Jewels too, alongwith normal jewels! 

Assault Jewels: 4999 Diamonds Assault Force offer Best value for money for Assault Jewels!

But if you want to make serious Progress on them, you'll have to buy Assault Jewels pack too, even though it offers bad value.

Boot Camp is the Best deal. 

Training Speed pop-up also gives similiar Speedups but it does not give Gems, Training Speed Boost or Resources like Boot Camp Pack.

Best value for Tomes is Kingdom Labor Pass but it can be bought only once a month!

Everlasting Treasures pack gives 2 Tomes Daily FOREVER! it is Highly Recommended to buy for tomes as it'll give 730 Tomes Every Year!

Massive Discounts is Best Tomes pack which also gives some Good Stuff alongwith Tomes.

Weekly Archaic Pack offers more Tomes per $ than Massive Discounts but it dont give other good stuff and it can be bought once a week only. It is recommended only if you have no use of other available items in Massive Discounts.

Luminous Gear offer pop-up is Best for Craftinng Speedups. Go for Gear Up  pack only if you plan to use Double Coupon for Crafting Speedups!

Lunite Scavenger is Best pack for Lunite.

For Red orbs(Bright Talent Orbs): A Night of Mystery.

For Yellow orbs(Brilliant Talent Orbs),  Strike a Deal is Recommended for newer players. But if your familiars are all leveled up, Lords Party offers Better Value

Fortification Offer pop-up deal is best for Star Scrolls!

If you need Monster/Champ Jewels alongwith Star Scrolls then Fortify Your Castle is Better Value.

With Double Coupon, Amazing Astralite is Best!

Else, Weekly Astralite pack offers better value but it can be bought only once a week!

After these two options, go for Astralite pop-up offer.

Note:- Occaasional pack Let it Snow is also Best deal for Astralites but it doesn't arrive consistently.

Wolf-pack Sigils: Wolf-pack sigils pack is Best and only pack for them!

Tigris Ursa Sigils: 4999 Diamonds Tigris Ursa Power offers Best value for these Sigils!

But if you want to make serious Progress on them, you'll have to buy Tigris Ursa Sigils too, even though it offers bad value.

For Holy stars, Bursting with Riches offers Best value. But if you need Energy alongwith Stars then Frosty Special is Recommended.

For Energy, Best value is 3 Star 99 Diamonds or 499 Diamonds Captain's Special offer but they are kinda rare. Frosty Special is next Best deal for Energy, which gives Holy stars alongwith energy!
